My credit card payment was declined, what can I do?
If your transaction was not approved you will receive an email from Trellian.
Firstly check your credit card details are accurate by logging in, clicking the the Account link in the top-right of the page, then clicking "Update Credit Card Billing Details".
If your details are correct, contact your credit card company, as there may be a international or Internet block on your card.
